Up for auction is an impressive restored Springfield Armory M1D Sniper M1 Garand, Cal. .30, bearing Serial Number 5909184 and fitted with an SA 12-43 barrel.

This rifle was restored by James River Armory, it has been completely reparkerized and has a 12-43 Springfield barrel and new stock set installed. The bore is in excellent condition on this rifle and gages at 1.0. This rifle has SA bolt, SA op rod, and a milled SA produced trigger group housing. Please note there is a small import mark at the front of the barrel.  Please note there is some light pitting on the front barrel band and on the trigger group housing.

Comes with a reproduction M84 scope, scope mount, leather sling, and cheek pad.
